They have the BEST designer who will work with you on all of the fine details to make sure the pool you have built is absolutely the perfect fit for you. They have excellent relationships with their trade partners to ensure a seamless build process and high quality work that is completed. They have great communication and were wonderful to work with, and still respond quickly to my questions now 6 months after the build. We started our build during COVID 2020 and they worked through labor and equipment shortages and kept our project moving. "Pool looks great. Quality of workmanship and materials is very good. The downside was communication throughout the construction of the project. Original estimate was 4-6 weeks. It actually took 9 weeks from approval of contract to sign off on the completed project. Throughout the installation process many deadlines were missed, items pushed and very little work done some weeks without any communication as to when it would happen. I had to reach out to them to ask for revised schedule time and again after they did not show up when planned. Communication on a project as costly as this should be more proactive and customer friendly."

"CLP was super easy to work with from the very beginning! Lori took our vision and budget and designed exactly what we wanted quickly. She listened and helped us pick out our materials to achieve the look and function we wanted. The owner called and personally checked on the project to make sure everything was going smoothly because our house was being built at the same time, so it could have been tricky. Everything went smoothly and they were very professional to work with! We're very happy with our pool!"
